At Obscura Plate, we strive to provide high-quality products and clear information about every purchase.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Our license plate covers require a one-time setup and installation process. Once a product has been set up, configured, installed, or used, it cannot be restored to its original condition for resale or reuse.

Because of this:

• We do not accept returns.

• We do not offer refunds for any product that has been opened, installed, configured, or used.

• We do not offer exchanges for products that have undergone the setup process.

• Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, shipped, or delivered, it cannot be canceled and is subject to this No Refund & No Return Policy.
